This shipping policy only applies to products or services that are listed on our website that will be shipped to Canada. For items sold and shipped by QTM, delivery is subject to store availability. Items out of stock will be dispatched as soon as possible upon arrival from the manufacturer / distributor. Take the shipping time into consideration.

General delivery conditions

These are the general shipping conditions that apply to all shipping options.

  • Delivery times are measured in working days.
  • All orders are subject to a processing time of 1 to 2 business days before shipment.
  • The estimated arrival date is not a guarantee of the delivery date of the package.
  • While we do our best to get your order to you on time, sometimes the sender's processing may delay shipments.

Signature requirement

We require a signature on delivery via Nationex transport. We can remove the signature at your request, just leave a note when placing your order.

Shipping costs

Your total cost for the purchase of any product will include the shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice. Your original shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. These charges are paid for services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund.

Check by e-mail

Once the warehouse has prepared your order to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the contents of the package. Usually, you can track your package the same evening or the next business day.

  • To track your package, click on the tracking number.
  • Copy and paste it on the carrier's website.
  • You will receive a tracking number for each package shipped separately.

Check online tracking

Guests and customers with accounts can track their package under Order History. Tracking information will be provided once the carrier collects your package and scans it into their tracking system. Your package should then be delivered within your chosen shipping time.

Shipping time does not start counting until after your order has been shipped. All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.

If an item is missing or you did not receive the correct item with your order, please follow the steps below:

  • If there is more than one package in your order, make sure they have all been delivered.
  • Check the packing material carefully (smaller items may be hidden).
  • Make sure the item code matches.
  • If you can't find the item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Additional charges may apply for shipments to remote areas. You can contact us for an estimate.

Order tracking
To check the status of an order, scroll to the bottom of the QTM-RC website, then click the Track an Order link under the My Account heading. If you ordered as a guest, enter your order number followed by your email address, then click the Search button.

Please note that we will automatically send you an email when your order is invoiced and again when it ships.

Log in
If you placed your order under a QTM-RC account, you will need to log in by clicking Login. If you do not remember your QTM-RC username and / or password, please click on the Forgot password? to receive an email allowing you to reset your password.

Order History
Once logged into your account, click History to view the orders you have placed. Then click on the View button on the desired order.

Order Status

Waiting: We wait for the products before shipping.

Partially Delivered: Part of your order has been shipped.

Ready for Pickup:
Your order is ready in store.

Completed: Your order has been shipped. / You picked up your order in store.

An email will be sent once your tracking information has been generated for your order. Your package should then be delivered within the shipping time you selected.

  • The estimated time to process orders before leaving the warehouse is 1 to 2 business days for In-Stock products
  • The estimated order processing time for Made to Order products is 4-14 business days.

Note: Once we ship your order, the delivery date is determined by the speed of your shipping method. For example, express delivery means that you will receive your order 1 to 3 business days after your order has been shipped. Regular delivery by Canada Post means that you will receive your order 3 to 8 working days after your order has been shipped.

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed. If you need to add, modify or delete something, we recommend that you contact us by phone or email.


If you are not sure if your order has been placed, wait 15 minutes and then check your order history. It usually takes a few minutes for a new command to appear. You will also receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

If you do not have an order number or if you still do not see your order, please contact us and we will be happy to review it for you.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us through the Support section. We will do our best to collect the order before it is shipped.

If you're having trouble canceling an order, please contact us directly by phone and we'll see what we can do.

Refunds are made on the same payment method that you used when ordering. Refunds take approximately 1-4 business days after canceling an order or processing a return, although the exact time frame may be different depending on your bank and payment method.

We allow pre-orders of an item before it is released. It will be indicated on the item in the short description that it is pre-order.

  • An estimated release date of the article will be shown on the article page.
  • Preorders usually ship on release date (if we have in stock).
  • You will be charged when you pre-order.

If you have more than one item in your order, they will be shipped when you receive the pre-ordered item.

If an item is out of stock with our suppliers, we will send you an email to confirm the estimated return date of the item. You will have the choice to cancel the order if you wish.

Return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all original documentation and labels.

There is no restocking fee on returns of products that meet the above conditions

Certain goods purchased by special order are subject to a 15% restocking fee. In the event of cancellation, we may also charge the same 15% fee.

Easy return shipping
The most annoying part of returning an item is the hassle and cost of returning it. To eliminate this challenge, we offer you the return service with Nationex. We take care of scheduling a pickup directly from you. The cost is $ 15 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.

After we receive your item, it usually takes 7-10 business days to process the return when the item has arrived in store.

We will email you when we receive your return and again when your return is processed.

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price. QTM-RC may assess the restocking charge on the customer's account or deduct the charge from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the return policy and any product specific policies. QTM-RC reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, in which case restocking charges will apply after such adjustment.

  • QTM-RC does NOT charge restocking fees for returns of defective products, products damaged in original shipping, or if you received the wrong item, the item did not match what was displayed on the site, provided the item is within its return policy period.
  • In the event that a product is returned which is not defective or an incorrect product or where the product matches what has been displayed on the site, the product will either be returned to the customer or the return costs initially covered by QTM will be deducted instead. of the refund amount as well as any necessary restocking fees that may apply.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

QTM-RC will only pay return shipping costs if an item is defective. The item must comply with its return policy. To set up your return with a free shipping label, please use our online returns portal here and select "Defective" as the reason for return.

QTM-RC offers technical support, compatibility advice or recommendations. We encourage you to contact our team directly by phone, Facebook messenger, Live chat or simply via our support section by filling out the form.

Products sold are generally covered by both QTM-RC's return policy and the product manufacturer's warranty. Our products are guaranteed for 30 days in store on the ELECTRONICS only which is faulty. Not all mechanical parts are covered by the store and manufacturer's warranty. Most manufacturers offer a 365 day warranty on electronics after purchase. However, the part must be sent directly to the manufacturer. All manufacturer warranty details can be found in your instruction manual.

Used items are items that have been opened and / or used. If an item is used, it will be clearly labeled on the item description page. They are all verified by our technicians before sell.

You can only use a promo code once and only one promo code per item.

  • Promo codes cannot be combined with combo discounts or applied to items with free gifts.

To check the price, shipping cost, or availability of an item, just add it to your shopping cart and update your postal code. Shipping and taxes will be calculated automatically.

  • If the price or availability of an item changes, you will see the change the next time you reload your shopping cart.
  • The availability and price can change at any time before your order is placed.

Important Information: Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve the item or the price.

If you receive an error message when you try to apply a promo code to your order, it may be due to one of several reasons:

  • The promo code has expired.
  • The promo code is not valid for the item being purchased.
  • You can only use a promo code once and only one promo code per item.
  • We have exhausted the funding for the promotion. Promo codes typically end on the expiration date listed or when the inventory or funding reserved for the promotion have been exhausted, whichever comes first.

To redeem a QTM-RC Gift Card, proceed through the checkout process until you have reached the Payment section then enter the code of your gift cards.

  • You can redeem as many gift cards as you want.
  • If the gift card is less than your order total, you will be asked for a second payment method to pay the remaining amount during checkout.
