Return policy

Return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all original documentation and labels. There is no restocking fee on returns of products that meet the above conditions.
Certain goods purchased by special order are subject to a 15% restocking fee. In the event of cancellation, we may also charge the same 15% fee.

Easy return shipping

The most annoying part of returning an item is the hassle and cost of returning it. To eliminate this challenge, we offer you the return service with Nationex. We take care of scheduling a pickup directly from you. The cost is $ 15 + tax and will be deducted when we issue your refund.

How to make a return?

1. Fill out the form and follow the instructions to submit your return request.
2. Our team will email or phone you a confirmation of your return.
3. Print the confirmation of your return request and include it in your package.
4. Dispatch.
5. We will email you once your refund is complete.
